Our Story

How it all started...

New Beginnings Ministries and Outreach Center was established on September 3, 2017, by Pastor Ottis T. Williams, called by God to lead this ministry. He is supported by his wife, Lady Beneater Williams. Initially, Pastor Williams, Lady Williams, the late Elder Vincent, and his wife, Evangelist Jacqueline Bellamy, held services in a meeting room at the OIC. Today, NBMOC worships at 732 Falls Road, Building 3, behind Abundant Life Ministries church. Despite changes in the congregation, Pastor Williams emphasizes the importance of spiritual pruning for growth and clarity, remaining grateful to the NBMOC family, friends, and supporters who uphold the church’s mission.

Expanding the vision...

Actively seeking out new communities to serve, exploring diverse outreach methods, identifying unmet needs within the current community, empowering  leaders within the ministry, and continually reflecting on our purpose and calling to reach a wider audience.

Where we are headed...

Expanding the Worship Space: As the congregation grows, securing a larger worship center will enable more community members to gather, worship, and serve together. This expansion reflects NBMOC’s faith in God’s provision and commitment to spiritual growth.
